- Directions for Use (From Packaging)Dental Floss: Snap off about 50cm of floss. Wind floss around the middle finger of each hand leaving about 10cm of floss between. Tighten floss between thumb and forefingers. Gently guide the floss between teeth, sliding slowly up and down and exerting pressure on the side of each tooth. Repeat for each tooth using a clean section of floss. Dispose after use.
- Floss Picks: Gently slide the floss between and around the teeth in a zig-zag motion. Take care not to snap the floss. The flossing pick is ideal at the gum line, and angling the pick and touching the top of the tooth, gently begin to slide the pick towards the top of the tooth removing any debris.
